How to fit a fish finder is there anyone who can give me a few tips please?

easy!!!all you need to do is put the transducer in a heavy duty plastic bag fill this with fresh water,secure the bag in a below waterline position inside the boat so the transducer is pointing downwards,make sure the bag is not leaking!switch on !!!he presto it will all work…..no problems!!!i have used this system for years,and sailed from the UK to s.Ireland the Baltic to the med.belive me its inexpensive and works.enjoy your sailing.regards "spud"
